Invitation to 2007 Japan Transplant Games

The Japan National Transplant Games 2007 will be held on September 28 and 29 this year in Niigata. This year, for the first time, an international exchange sports program for young transplant athletes up to and including 12 years olds, will be created. The program is titled “Novartis Gift of Life Cup.”
Sponsored by Novartis Pharma K.K., of Novartis of Switzerland, the Program will feature young transplant athletes up to, and including, 12 years old, to compete in field and track events, swimming and other games at Niigata Welsunpia Hotels and Resorts, and other sports facilities in the vicinity on September 28th, Friday and 29th, Saturday.
There will be Welcome party on the 28th and the presentation ceremony and the closing party in the evening of the 29th. 
The flights and local lodgings for the international athletes and their families selected by the local organization of each country will be arranged by the Japan Organizing Committee of the 2007 Transplant Games, Niigata.  The details of the arrangement will be communicated to you at later date.
This invitation will be sent to Korea, China, Vietnam, The Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Australia, and New Zealand. The first ten international young athletes with one accompanying person for each athlete whose applications are sent to us through their National Transplant Games Secretariat and approved by our local organizing committee will be invited to join some 20 Japanese counterparts for this program. The deadline for the international application is set at the end of August 2007.

There is no official application form for this program, but each application should include the following information:
